Design & Build

We provide consulting services to understand the customer's needs and requirements. We begin planning the space based on the customer's ideas and design the space with innovation and expertise. We begin construction to implement the design, and arrange schedule management to ensure that your space is completed according to your preferred time frame.
Planning Permission

We discuss the client's vision and tailor the design accordingly. We use computer aided design for all our projects. We arrange the planning application and submission, and support the client throughout the whole process by handling the compliance reports and providing expert advice.
Bespoke Furniture

At K-Design and Construction, we provide tips and suggestions on the size, shape, and style of your furniture according to your space and your needs. We create your furniture based on your design, and provide modifications of size, material, and colour as you desire.
Maintenance & Repair
